mixed feelings about this stay

cramped room fluctuating water pressure

the location was alright, not too far from things.

My room felt cramped. It was a boutique cosy room and it lived up to the cosy part in a negative way. the space felt limited. the bathroom situation wasn't great either. The water pressure fluctuated wildly, going from scalding hot to freezing cold without warning. i found this both annoying and a bit dangerous.

central location friendly staff boutique feel

I found the location excellent to access bars and restaurants on foot. The hotel is situated in a convenient location, and I could walk to local attractions easily. The staff was friendly and always available to assist, this makes the place more cute. The hotel decor creates a boutique feel.

helpful staff convenient location

The staff was AMAZING and very helpful. The location is convenient. I could easily walk to shops and other attractions. I found my room was clean, and the bed offered a very comfortable sleep!!!

The coffee machine was slightly difficult to use initially.

really good service great value beautiful decor

The staff provided really good customer service. the room was great value and very clean. breakfast was delicious and the staff provided great service. the hotel had beautiful decor. The rooms were individually decorated.

i found limited hanging space for clothes. it was inadequate for a stay longer than 2-3 nights. the servicing of my room was patchy. on one day, bins were not emptied.
